 In this boot camp 4, it is my pleasure to be a part of the organize committees and make contribution to this camp. During and before these 3 days, the camp acts as a wonderful platform for me to practice my communication skills as I participated a personality test and identified my color of personalities. I tried to use my color to communicate with the other organize committees. For  example: sharing my opinion in meetings before the camp, cooperating with the others and asking for help during the camp. All these are conducive to my communication skills.

 

Boot camp 4 also makes me realize my weaknesses while improving the communication skills. This camp will become perfect and run smoothly if I arrange tasks with more appropriate priorities.
