Learn to Lead
After this ‘learn to lead’ event, I know my dominant color of personality is orange. One characteristic of this color I think suits me very well is freedom. The orange people peruse freedom. This event also helps me realize what colors I have to be careful if I cooperate with. For example: green and gold.
Personally, I reckon that this ‘learn to lead’ event acts as a cornerstone to become a leader, because it lets me know different strengths and weaknesses of different people. To become a successful leader, having a good understanding of different colors is essential. Just take green as an example, the green people need to go through things step by step, therefore, we can’t skip steps without any explanation. I look forward to the others leadership event like ‘learn to lead’.
